2–3 days in Vancouver, then 2–4 days in Whistler. Add one Sea-to-Sky sightseeing stop on either the outbound or return journey.
Use Vancouver as the mainland base, then give Victoria at least one full day if Butchart Gardens and the Inner Harbour are both priorities.
Treat Kelowna and wine country as a separate regional stay rather than a long day trip from Vancouver.
After YVR arrival, consider whether to travel directly to the resort or stay overnight in Vancouver based on flight timing and winter conditions.
